Rogers Jewelry Company is committed to providing excellent customer service

tell us which pages of our site are being visited and how long our clients are staying on

register with us through our gift reminder, we collect and store your name and email

request should state whether you would like access in person or a copy of the
information sent to you by mail. Upon receipt of your request we will contact you within
thirty (30) business days to arrange providing you with access in person or the copies
you have requested.
To correct, amend or delete any of your information:

social security number, the specific information in dispute, and the identity of the
document or record that contains the disputed information. Upon receipt of your request
we will contact you within thirty (30) business days to notify you that we have made the
correction, amendment or deletion, or that we refuse to do so and the reasons for the
refusal, which you will have the opportunity to challenge.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our privacy policy, or the breach
thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American
Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by arbitrator(s) may be

Rogers Jewelry Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of
such web sites.
How do you protect the privacy and safety of children?
Our site is not marketed or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not
intentionally collect or store information on children. If we learn that a child has
provided personal information to our site we will delete all information about the child
from our online and our corporate databases.
