Rogers Jewelry Company is committed to providing excellent customer service while safeguarding and protecting your privacy
online. To better serve you we may collect and maintain certain information about you. For example, your name, address and
dates that are important to you (such as birthdays and anniversaries) are collected. Under no conditions do we sell, share
or rent this information to other businesses, including our online partners, and we diligently protect and enforce this

What kind of information do you collect?
When you visit our website we collect information about the navigation or browsing activities of our clients. No individual
information is collected. We use this information to tell us which pages of our site are being visited and how long our
clients are staying on our website to browse. We cannot identify you personally from this information. If you register with
us through our gift reminder, we collect and store your name and email address.
Do you use "Cookies?"
"Cookies" are small bits of information that are stored on your computers’ hard drive. Most browsers automatically accept
cookies, but you can usually choose not to accept them. We do not use cookies at this time.
How do you use the information you collect?
We retain your name and email address along with any special dates that you have provided in our database. We may also, in
the future, notify you of special events or online offers. We limit these notifications to ones that may be of interest to
you. At this time we are not notifying our clients via email of any special offers. We may decide to do so in the future.

a product or service. However, in the course of general business practices, we may need to disclose information about you

How is the information you collect stored and what policies do you have in place to protect my private
information?
We store your information in our on-line and corporate database. We limit the access to this information to employees with
a legitimate need to know. We enforce a confidentiality policy and require any third parties who provide service to us and
have access to this information to adhere to the same commitment to you privacy. We do not sell or rent your information
to any third party nor do we allow any outside company to use client information for any business purpose without your
permission. You have the right to request access to the personal information we record about you. Your rights include the
right to know the source of the information and the identity of the persons, institutions or types of institutions to whom
we have disclosed such information within two years prior to your request. Your right includes the right to view such
information and to copy it in person, or request that a copy be sent to you by mail (for which we may charge you a reasonable
fee to cover our cost). Your rights also include the right to request corrections, amendments or deletions of any
information that is in our possession.

You should submit a request in writing to Rogers Jewelry Company, P.O. Box 3151, Modesto, CA 95351. The request should
include your name, address, telephone number, social security number and the recorded information to which you would like
access. The request should state whether you would like access in person or a copy of the information sent to you by mail.
Upon receipt of your request we will contact you within thirty (30) business days to arrange providing you with access in
person or the copies you have requested.
To correct, amend or delete any of your information:
You should submit a request in writing to Rogers Jewelry Company, P.O. Box 3151, Modesto, CA 95351. The request should
include your name, address, telephone number, social security number, the specific information in dispute, and the identity
of the document or record that contains the disputed information. Upon receipt of your request we will contact you within
thirty (30) business days to notify you that we have made the correction, amendment or deletion, or that we refuse to do so
and the reasons for the refusal, which you will have the opportunity to challenge. Any controversy or claim arising out of
or relating to our privacy policy, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of
the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction thereof. Our website contains links to other sites. Rogers Jewelry Company is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
How do you protect the privacy and safety of children?
Our site is not marketed or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect or store information
on children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information to our site we will delete all information about the
child from our online and our corporate databases.
Will your policy change over time?
