When you visit our website we collect information about the navigation or browsing activities of our clients. No individual information is collected. We use this information to tell us which pages of our site are being visited and how long our clients are staying on our website to browse. We cannot identify you personally from this information. If you register with us through our gift reminder, we collect and store your name and email address.

We retain your name and email address along with any special dates that you have provided in our database. We may also, in the future, notify you of special events or online offers. You should submit a request in writing to Rogers Jewelry Company, P.O. Box 3151, Modesto, CA 95351. The request should include your name, address, telephone number, social security number and the recorded information to which you would like access. The request should state whether you would like access in person or a copy of the information sent to you by mail. Upon receipt of your request we will contact you within thirty (30) business days to arrange providing you with access in person or the copies you have requested.

Our site is not marketed or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect or store information on children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information to our site we will delete all information about the child from our online and our corporate databases.
